operations person will partner with you to ensure that your business objectives are addressed throughout the entire event cycle.

The onboarding begins with an extensive onboarding meeting between our team and your team. The agenda includes all topics
needed to create your registration websites, reporting, onsite and post show elements. Timelines for your event will be
developed for the onboarding meetings.
Our team will discuss a suggested communication plan with you which allows for several touch points throughout your event
cycle. The suggested meetings are weekly, monthly and or quarterly.
Build / QA / Review / Websites Live – Our Registration Executive will build and QA your event websites based on your
business rules. We utilize a SaaS core with full customization for the fastest setup and maintenance process of your event
websites in the industry. Our system allows for full development transparency via our client provided SaaS tools. Because of our
ability to create your custom sites with a single Registration Executive, we minimize scheduling time, errors, etc. As part of our
ongoing consultation, we present your website to you via webinar allowing each of your event decision makers to give us
instant feedback.
Training – Our team will schedule OneSystem Plus training sessions to enable your team to make basic changes/updates if
interested as well as a reporting overview. Extensive training sessions can be scheduled with your team members who may be
interested in setting up an event on their own.
Survey – After your websites have gone live, MCI will provide you with a quick satisfaction survey. We will measure the results
and act as necessary based on your feedback.
Ticketing System – MCI uses a ticketing software application to manage, document and measure the delivery of our services.
Consult / Prepare / Execute – After your event sites have gone live, your Registration Executive along with key MCI onsite
personnel will partner with you to discuss your objectives, analyze them, and apply best practices to ensure your business goals
are being met in advance of the event and at the event itself. We’ll discuss all the onsite details from equipment and staffing
requirements to floor plans and crowd control planning to make sure your event runs as smoothly as possible.
Survey – Following the event, MCI will provide the organizer with a more in-depth satisfaction survey containing questions on
the process. We will measure the results and act as necessary based on your feedback.
Consult / Review – MCI will meet with organizer stakeholders to discuss areas of success and potential improvement. The
meeting will be documented and used as the starting point for the next event.
